You’re Not Alone in This
Some of life's most difficult periods occur when nothing is necessarily “wrong,” but something no longer feels the same. A career that once felt meaningful may feel less fulfilling. Children become more independent. A relationship changes. A new opportunity creates uncertainty instead of excitement. Or you may simply realize that the life you built no longer fits quite as comfortably as it once did.
These experiences can be especially disorienting for people accustomed to having direction. You may have spent years pursuing clear goals—education, career advancement, marriage, parenting, financial stability—only to reach a point where the next step is less obvious.
Transitions often bring practical decisions, but underneath them are deeper questions: Who am I now? What matters to me at this stage of life? What do I want the next chapter to look like?
