Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about getting curious together. If you are reading this, then you’ve likely been holding it all together on the outside, while dealing with non stop mental noise, anxiety, people-pleasing, or the constant feeling that you are “too much” and “not enough” at the same time. You are thoughtful and self-aware but honestly, kind of tired.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I show up as a human first, therapist second—which means I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and with a sense of humor when it helps. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what patterns might be keeping you stuck—even the ones you didn’t know were there.
I pull from a variety of approaches (relational, psychodynamic, DBT, CBT, and solution-focused), but I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Whether we’re exploring how your past is shaping your present, or building practical strategies to manage your day-to-day, I’ll tailor our work to fit you—your pace, your goals, and your lived experience.
If you’re looking for a space that’s thoughtful without being too serious, supportive but ready to call you out when needed, I’d love to work with you!
